SHIPPING POLICY
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Please be aware that all our items are custom made and the shipping times for some items may vary, (depending on the material used to make the item(s). After payment is received your order will be shipped out within 10 to 14 business days depending on your order. If your order CANNOT be shipped in the time allotted any email will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
Once your order is shipped Dora Custom Creations has no control after the product has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number if your product has not arrived in a timely manner, please contact that shipping provider.
Please have your packages delivered to a safe location, because Dora Custom Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Hopefully you don't want to return it).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When your return is accepted there is a $5.00 restocking fee, also shipping and handling cost will not be returned.
